Positive: The apartment is very beautiful and clean. Even better than what you can see in the photo. The work done by the host is incredible, and you can feel it. Everything that you normally could forget during the travel you will find here. They thought about everything, from the slipper to the washing machine and dishwasher soap, to the different types of coffee. Also, as all travellers know, not every hotel has an iron; here it is present. All the furniture present in the house they are of a good brand and very new. They made this apartment perfect. The bed is very big and comfortable. Also, they put some lights/LEDs to create an atmosphere that we enjoyed a lot. The structure is modern and really nice. By the apartment, you have a balcony that has a very beautiful view, it's perfect in the morning for your breakfast and in the evening for some relaxation before going to sleep. The area in which the apartment is located is very calm and silent, and everyone is respectful. Moreover, the position of the apartment is very strategic, it has two entrances; one can bring you to the bus stop and another one that brings you in 10 minutes to the closest beach. Let's talk about the landlord. The host, Igor, is very nice and will help you to manage in the best way and make you feel comfortable about everything. He helped us with the location of the restaurant, beach, shopping, cafe, and what to visit. The father of Igor, Stan, is an amazing person. He has a very positive and good energy. Every time you meet him, he will make you feel happy. Every conversation with him is enriching. He is a great person! (I spent more time with Stan). Two days after my arrival, I ran into Stan and he offered me a cappuccino in a close bar to the apartment, which if you are a traveller, you know that you will not find in all the host. Finally, this apartment is a diamond in Split, managed by two brilliant people.

Positive: Every detail in the apartment was thought of and of the highest quality. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained. The host was extremely helpful and provided an excellent service. It was the perfect break after staying at hotels. Not close to main center but easy ride by car.

Positive: Clean, modern, excellent helpful and friendly host, secure parking, view of the sea and islands, fantastic shower, exceptional TV package and very secure/safe.

Negative: Neighbour below complained about footstep noise - we could not of been any quieter. Did not wear shoes at all so very annoying. Please note beach is approx ten mins walk, view partially obscured by old hotel and beach has load of construction work going on for foreseeable future.

Positive: This property is a one of a kind in terms of the level of detail the host has gone to, to support a comfortable stay. The quality of fixtures, the decor and the lighting (4-beautiful options in each room) makes it feel like a mini-palace (a modest one! 😜), done tastefully and with all care given to ensure a very comfortable resting point. The view is gorgeous, the location to the beachfront is great (a short walk down the hill to a long promenade and access to a range of pristine, pebbled beaches. Currently some construction along the front for a huge new development, which when finished will make this property a prime location. We had 3 nights here and will be highly recommending it to our friends who are likely to travel here in future, and we will definitely be returning. Our host Igor met us on arrival, showed us everything we needed, sent a range of links and suggestions based on what we shared we liked to do and see, and was available by what’s app on call if there was any problem. He couldn’t meet us the morning we left as promised so sent his lovely father to help us with luggage and final exit. This was the only place we stayed where the apartment was even better than the photos!! You can’t capture the level of care and the details thought of in a photo but boy was it obvious from first step inside, and from what was shared by Igor as he showed us around.
